👾 The Role
As an HR Coordinator & Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency's growth by effectively managing HR functions and spearheading the recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of HR coordination, recruitment, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Utilize your experience to ensure seamless HR operations and employee management
- Draw on your experience to identify top talent in the US and internationally.
- Start from scratch & streamline the recruitment process for diverse roles.
- Leverage your adaptability to support a fast-scaling team effectively.
- Foster a friendly and collaborative work environment by being approachable & taking initiative.
- Coordinate communication within a diverse team, adapting to remote dynamics.
- Become a true representative of the company, sharing their passion for digital marketing and/or lead generation industry nuances.
- Help foster company culture by leading and planning company events, celebrating team wins, and managing other related company initiatives
🧑🏽💻 What does a great candidate look like to us?
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for various roles (e.g. Sales, Operations, Marketing, Call Center) involving sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, including creating recruitment processes from scratch.
- Demonstrated experience working in or with agencies in previous roles.
